Subject: Case History - About the Dpt. of Graphic Art
From: Headquarters, Department of Graphic Art
To: All Film, Television and Commercial Productions

Background History: The Department of Graphic Art was conceived out of the need of Film, Television, and Commercial Productions for custom and ready-made graphic elements in support of their particular production needs. The Director of this organization is Bill King, Military Veteran, and Crew Memeber of Feature Films, Television Series, and Commercials for over 12 years.

Bill King was trained in the "Real World" in Corporate Marketing Departments, as well as doing a tour of duty in a Service Bureau for a few years. After moving to Wilmington, NC he quickly found his talents were well suited for Film Work, and after many years has branched out to provide Graphics for any production that requires it.

The need for an On-Site Graphics Shop on the EUE Screen Gems Studios Lot was identified and filled, and the Department of Graphic Art was created.

Previously, Bill King has been operating in a Freelance Capacity between Films as Art By Bill. An expanded portfolio can be seen at Art By Bill on the web.

Current Disposition: The Department of Graphic Art is now providing graphics for films and television series productions in the Southeast and on the West coast. There is a trmendous interest in the Ready-Made On-Demand graphics available in the D.G.A. online Catalogue.
